Pride in workmanship for you and your team is of utmost importance as you will be working for discerning
homeowners and HOA’s. Prepare schedules for all maintenance activities. Track time on each property as well as the
crew’s overall time for each day. Perform administrative duties as necessary and required. Perform employee
reviews for your team. Interact with the construction team and all other supervisors and managers in an effort to
maximize efficiency and profitability. Manage all work orders, warranty orders and new properties that come on line
each month. Perform some tasks on your own as necessary. Create fertilization, herbicides and pesticides schedules.

Responsibilities

Maintenance-Lead and manage a crew of 4-10 people. Mowing, plant care, water feature and fountain care,
irrigation check and controller adjustments, check and maintain lighting systems. Apply appropriate fertilizers and
pesticide products. Ensure all work is complete and meets established standards. Complete required paperwork on a
daily basis. Participate in company training opportunities and safety program. Keep all equipment and vehicles
maintained and stocked on a daily basis. Inform managers of any issues or concerns before they become problems.
Communicate in English to clients, fellow workers and management.

Customer Service-Frequently make contact with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the work and to seek
potential added revenues via enhancements and other additions. Respond to service calls and work orders promptly.
Be proactive with potential issues so as to stay ahead of our clients.

Qualifications

5-7 years experience in the position of landscape maintenance supervisor/customer service in the Salt Lake City and
Park City areas. Lift 80lbs, possess clean Utah drivers license. Ability to pass a DOT physical. Read, write and
speak English.

Ideal candidate will have a Pesticide license or be a certified applicator. Additional income will be provided if you
possess a current pesticide license.

Compensation

We offer a very robust health insurance program with the company paying 90% of the cost. Quarterly bonuses paid
based on individual performance and overall company performance. We also have a holiday bonus program for
everyone. Our equipment is newer and in very good condition. If we need something we buy it so you can do your
job as best as possible. Formal training and certification programs are available so you can further advance your
knowledge and career.

  • Pay Range: $45,000 – $60,000 Annual Salary
  • Bonuses paid quarterly
