Job Description
Aridscape Utah seeks experienced landscape laborers for installation and maintenance positions that are detail
oriented and enjoy doing the hard work. We work on high end custom residential properties throughout the Salt
Lake valley and the Park City areas providing both installation services and maintenance. The ideal candidate will
be fully capable of using hand tools and power tools to complete the assigned work, have the ability to lift 100lbs
safely. Aridscape Utah is a growing company with lots of opportunities and we train and work with you to advance
your career in the landscape industry. We operate on a 4-5 day week schedule.
Responsibilities
Perform tasks as assigned by your foreman or supervisor in a clean, safe and proper manner. Use small tools and
power equipment to complete the tasks assigned. Work with the rest of the crew as a team. Arrive at work on time
every day and be ready to go. Ask questions if you do not understand how to do something.
Learn to operate a variety of landscape equipment such as excavators, skid steers and trenchers. Make basic
irrigation adjustments of sprinkler heads and drip emitters. Install irrigation systems, lighting and many other
customized tasks.
Qualifications
Three-Five years experience required working on an installation or maintenance crew. Must have reliable
transportation and ability to arrive at our yard by 7:00am every day. Winter-snow removal experience a plus.
Operating typical equipment associated with installation and maintenance work. Winter snow removal operations
are a part of both installation and maintenance operations.
Compensation
We offer a very robust health insurance program with the company paying 90% of the cost. Quarterly bonuses paid
based on individual performance and overall company performance. We also have a holiday bonus program for
everyone. Our equipment is newer and in very good condition. If we need something we buy it so you can do your
job as best as possible. Formal training and certification programs are available so you can further advance your
knowledge and career.

- Pay Range: $15 – $19 /hour
